Step 1: Brand Ambassador
As a Brand Ambassador, you learn the fundamentals of sales and customer relationships. You work directly with customers, develop your communication skills, and get to know the products and services inside and out. This phase typically lasts 3-6 months.
Step 2: Senior Brand Ambassador
After proving your skills and achieving consistent results, you become a Senior Brand Ambassador. You get more responsibility, mentor new team members, and develop your leadership qualities.
Step 3: Team Coordinator
As a Team Coordinator, you lead a small team of Brand Ambassadors. You are responsible for their development, motivation, and results. This is where you really learn what it means to lead a team to success.
Step 4: Team Leader
The ultimate step in our organization. As a Team Leader, you are responsible for a larger team, strategy, and business development. You have a direct impact on the growth of RTT Commerce.
